2024-05-20 tiktok-视频:CUSTARD CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE CHIP #YELLOWCREAM #CAKE #CHOCOLATE #RECIPE #FOOD #TIKTOKFOOD #FY #FYP #FORYOU #FORYOUPAGE CAKE BATTER 140 GR UNSALTED BUTTER 120 GR GRANULATED SUGAR 8 GR VANILLA SUGAR (1 SACHET) 2 EGG WHITES (MEDIUM-SIZED) 2 EGGS (MEDIUM-SIZED) 150 ML MILK 235 GR FLOUR (ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR) 6 GR BAKING POWDER YELLOW CREAM 2 EGG YOLKS (MEDIUM-SIZED) 80 GR GRANULATED SUGAR 16 GR VANILLA SUGAR (2 SACHETS) 50 GR CORNSTARCH 75 ML MILK 500 ML MILK EXTRA 75 GR CHOCOLATE CHIPS PLACE THE ROOM-TEMPERATURE BUTTER IN A DEEP BOWL ALONG WITH THE SUGAR AND VANILLA SUGAR. MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED. ADD THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME, INCLUDING THE EGG WHITES, AND MIX WELL. ADD THE MILK AND MIX UNTIL EVERYTHING IS FULLY COMBINED. SIFT THE FLOUR AND BAKING POWDER OVER THE BOWL. MIX UNTIL YOU HAVE A SMOOTH BATTER. SPREAD 300 GRAMS OF THE CAKE BATTER EVENLY IN A BAKING DISH LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER. PLACE THE CAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 175°C (347°F). BAKE FOR 8-10 MINUTES. MEANWHILE, PREPARE THE YELLOW CREAM BY MIXING THE EGG YOLKS, SUGAR, AND VANILLA SUGAR IN A BOWL FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD THE CORNSTARCH AND 75 ML OF MILK, AND MIX UNTIL YOU HAVE A SMOOTH MIXTURE. BRING THE REMAINING 500 ML OF MILK TO A BOIL IN A SAUCEPAN. REMOVE THE PAN FROM THE HEAT AND GRADUALLY ADD THE MILK-EGG MIXTURE WHILE STIRRING CONTINUOUSLY. RETURN THE MIXTURE TO THE SAUCEPAN AND COOK UNTIL IT THICKENS, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. TRANSFER 350 GRAMS OF THE CUSTARD FILLING TO A PIPING BAG AND SET ASIDE THE REMAINING CUSTARD FILLING. CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CAKE FROM THE OVEN. SPREAD THE 350 GRAMS OF CUSTARD FILLING EVENLY OVER THE CAKE AND COVER IT WITH THE REMAINING CAKE BATTER. DECORATE THE CAKE WITH LINES OF THE REMAINING CUSTARD FILLING AND SPRINKLE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP. PLACE THE CAKE BACK IN THE PREHEATED OVEN AT 175°C (347°F). BAKE FOR 28-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE CAKE IS NICELY GOLDEN BROWN. KEEP AN EYE ON THE BAKING TIME, AS EVERY OVEN VARIES. TIPS: ADJUST THE SUGAR TO YOUR TASTE.
